What your plan includes

• Your agency’s identity — work on your own domain, with your logo and a separate database.
• Apps and support — a Windows x64 client for everyday work, an optional Android 8+ app for approving sign-ins, and email support.

To get started, you need a domain, an internet connection and an SMTP account for service emails; you arrange and pay for those services with your providers. To display listings on your existing website, your website maintainer connects it to our public API. AML features help with records and document preparation; an authorized agency representative verifies the results and makes the final decisions.

How the subscription works

The starting plan price is EUR 50 per month for up to 5 accounts. Future renewal prices automatically follow the account tiers below. Before confirming a paid order, you will see the final amount, applicable taxes, currency and billing period. Purchases go through Paddle, the Merchant of Record, which handles payments and receipts.

A paid subscription renews each month until you cancel renewal. You can do this before the next charge through the link in your purchase confirmation or Paddle Support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. An earlier test purchase does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Planning for a larger team?

Your monthly subscription price automatically follows the registered account count: 1–5 — EUR 50; 6–10 — EUR 56; 11–20 — EUR 77; 21–30 — EUR 94; 31–40 — EUR 107; 41–50 — EUR 119; 51–60 — EUR 129; 61–70 — EUR 138; 71–80 — EUR 145; 81–90 — EUR 149; 91–100 — EUR 150; above 100 — EUR 150 plus EUR 2 for each additional account. The owner and accounts with unfinished registration count. Using more devices or sessions for the same account does not increase that count.

Accounts are checked approximately every minute. Increases and decreases automatically update the price of the next monthly renewal through Paddle. There is no immediate surcharge, proration or refund for the period already in progress. Renewal uses the last successfully confirmed amount before billing closes; changes in the final 30 minutes before billing apply to the next available renewal. If a check or update fails, the last confirmed amount remains in place and the system retries automatically. Your account page shows the amount and date of the next renewal; taxes and agreed discounts are applied at billing.

Accepting the order and Terms of Service accepts this calculation for future renewals. Changes to the pricing schedule itself require prior notice and consent where required. Individually agreed prices and additional services follow the accepted offer.
