LESS SEARCHING, MORE CLARITY

Manage apartments, houses and commercial property listings

Apartments, houses, offices, retail spaces, plots, garages and other categories need different details. Categories help organize each listing for its purpose, while a shared portfolio makes the team’s search and review easier. Separate active listings from archived records while retaining the saved property record.

Property records and owner details

Keep core features, price and currency, area, location and owner information together. Internal details and website-facing fields have their own sections in the editor.

Property search filters

Use categories and available filters for price, area, location, status and other supported features. Combine criteria when you need a shortlist of properties.

Property photos, floorplans and documents

Add photos, arrange their order and cover image, and keep floorplans and supporting documents. Internal photo previews use versions without watermarks.

FROM INFORMATION TO ACTION

From a new property to a prepared listing

  1. Enter the core details

In Overview, select a category and New property. Enter the location, price and features, then save the record before adding attachments.

  2. Add photos and documents

Upload photos, check the cover image and add a floorplan or documentation. Owner information is kept in a separate editor tab.

  3. Choose what to publish

In Website information, enable publication only for selected listings. Displaying them on your website requires an integration with the app’s public API.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

Example: one property, internal and public views

An agent needs owner details and an internal note about the agreement; a website visitor needs the description, photos and public price. Enter each in its appropriate section. Before publishing, review the public copy and selected fields, then check the listing on the connected website.

The archive preserves a listing’s context

Archiving removes a property from active and public listings while retaining its record. This helps when an offer is no longer current but the agency still needs the previous record. Check the selected property before confirming.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you get started

Can I manage both sales and rentals?

Yes. The app supports sale and rental listings with prices, currencies, categories and property details.

Which photo is the cover image?

The first photo in the gallery is the cover. Change the order by dragging or using the arrows beneath a photo.

Are owner details public?

Owner information, contracts and internal notes are excluded from the public feed. You write the public description, so check that it does not contain information intended to stay internal.

What if a search returns no results?

Check the category and archive, then remove unnecessary criteria one by one. The property may be in another category or outside the price and area ranges.

Can I keep a floorplan with the property record?

Yes. Add an attachment in the saved property’s documents section and choose the Floorplan type. It then appears in the floorplan gallery as well. Adding and viewing documents require the appropriate account permissions.
