LESS SEARCHING, MORE CLARITY

Annual brokerage records and change history

EOP stands for evidencija o posredovanju, the brokerage register. In the app it is separate from property listings and payment tracking, so brokerage agreements can be reviewed in the appropriate annual register. Saved entries have a sequence number and creation and change information, helping you review an earlier record or prepare an overview for the responsible person.

Broker details for EOP exports

The administrator sets the business name, registered office, tax and registration numbers, brokerage register number and responsible person. Check these before preparing a PDF overview.

Annual brokerage agreement records

Open the relevant year, enter the brokerage agreement details and add completion information. The app assigns a sequence number to a new entry within that year.

Change history and EOP PDF exports

Review who created or changed an entry. Open an individual record as a PDF or download the selected year’s overview with broker details.

FROM INFORMATION TO ACTION

Preparing an EOP entry in three steps

  1. Check the settings

Before the first export, the administrator checks the broker details. Select the year of the register you want to work in.

  2. Save the entry

Create a new EOP entry and enter the details from the agency’s documents. Check the date, agreement number and completion information before saving.

  3. Review the PDF

Open an individual or annual PDF and review its contents. If you find an error, update the relevant record and download the overview again.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

Example: reviewing a previously amended entry

While preparing the annual overview, you notice that completion information was added later. Open the entry’s history to review the change and the user who saved it, then check the record against the documents. The PDF uses saved information, so export it after the final review.

App records and the agency’s responsibilities

The app helps with entry, review and export. The agency checks the accuracy of its data, the form’s contents, and how records are maintained and retained under the applicable rules. A PDF export is not by itself confirmation of compliance or a submission to an authority.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you get started

Can I download a single EOP entry?

Yes. An individual PDF is available for each entry. For a broader overview, download the PDF for the selected annual register.

Are changes recorded?

The app records entry creation and updates, including the user and time. Review the history alongside the relevant entry.

Can an existing entry move to another year?

A date change that would move an existing entry to another annual register is not allowed. Create an appropriate new entry for the other year and check the correction procedure with the responsible person.

Is EOP filled automatically from sales and leases?

No. EOP has its own entry workflow. Recording a contract, payment or CRM contact does not mean that a corresponding EOP entry has been created automatically.

How does EOP record search work?

Select the register year first, then search by agreement number, the principal’s name or company name, address or cadastral parcel. Search returns matching entries for the selected year; switch years to find an earlier record.
