LESS SEARCHING, MORE CLARITY
A property listings API for your existing agency website
In the property editor, you choose what belongs in the public feed. Your connected website retrieves that information and displays it in its own design. This is an integration for an existing site: its maintainer connects the listing collection, individual listings, photos and data refresh. Enabling publication in the app does not itself build a new website.
Property publication controls
Enable Show on website for selected properties. Archived listings and those whose delayed publication date has not arrived are excluded from the public feed.
Public prices, addresses and photos
Choose whether the price and street are visible. Public photos follow the gallery order. The website maintainer needs to handle hidden prices and selected fields correctly.
API filters for property listing search
The public listing collection supports pagination and filters such as category, city, location, price and area. Your website can use these to implement its listing search.
FROM INFORMATION TO ACTION
What it takes to connect your website
Prepare the public information
Review the description, photos, price and website fields. Enable publication for a test listing you have approved for public display.
Work with your website maintainer
Your maintainer connects the workspace’s public data to the existing site. Agree how the listing collection and detail page look, and what happens when a listing is no longer public.
Check data refresh
Change an approved public field and check the website. Then test hidden prices and withdrawing a listing. Refresh frequency depends on the integration and the website’s caching.
IN EVERYDAY WORK
Example: withdrawing a listing from the public website
When a listing is no longer current, disable Show on website or archive it. The app then excludes it from the public API. The connected website needs to refresh its list and remove any previously cached display under the agreed caching rules. Testing removal is therefore an important part of the initial integration.
The public API and property portals
This feature connects your listings to your website. Automatic publishing and synchronization with external property portals are not included as a confirmed integration. If you need a specific portal, confirm support and the integration format before purchasing.
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions before you get started
Do I get a ready-made agency website?
This feature is a public API for connecting an existing site. Arrange the site’s design, development and integration with its maintainer.
Does the API expose contracts and owner information?
The public feed excludes owner information, internal notes, contracts, conversations, EOP entries and internal commissions. Still review the public description you write yourself.
Can I hide the price?
Yes. Enable Hide price on website. The API returns a hidden-price flag and a null price; the website must display that state appropriately.
Do listings update immediately on the website?
The API uses saved data and short caching. Updates on your website also depend on how often the integration retrieves data and how the site manages its cache.
Can I delay a property’s publication on the website?
Yes. Set a delayed publication date in Website information and enable Show on website. The listing is excluded from the public API until that date arrives. Its appearance on the connected site then depends on the site’s data refresh.
